What does Brite LED Lighting do?

Brite LED provides electrical supply houses, contractors and specialty distributors with high quality UL LED lighting. Our LED products are “commercial grade” which means that will not be available at some of the big box hardware stores which cater to retail customers. Our rapid growth over the last few years is in part to the shift from traditional gas (toxic) based lighting to solid state (SSL) lighting. However, we firmly believe our growth is largely due to our loyal customers, referrals and repeat business. Our low-cost, high quality LED lighting with fast & friendly service has made Brite LED the #1 choice for LED lighting in South Florida!

Brite LED Distribution

Brite LED provides electrical supply houses, contractors and specialty distributors with high quality UL LED lighting. Our LED products are “commercial grade” which means that will not be available at some of the big box hardware stores which cater to retail customers. Brite LED keeps inventory locally and at a warehouse on the west coast of the US, thus if we don’t have a product in stock its usually between 4-5 days away. Our rapid growth over the last few years is in part to the shift from traditional gas (toxic) based lighting to solid state (SSL) lighting. However, we firmly believe our growth is largely due to our loyal customers, referrals and repeat business.

Types of LED Lighting

Brite LED provides almost every type of commercial grade UL LED lighting. Our LED lamps include, high bays, parking fixtures, flood lights, wall packs, flat panels (2’x 2′, 2′ x 4′) lights, down lights and LED modules. We have taken the time out of trying to source LED lighting from the internet which takes the risk out of buying expensive lights without seeing them or testing them in person. We also offer small wattage LED bulbs such as MR16s, PARs, A19’s and several specialty LEDs.

If you don't have the lights in stock, how long does it take to get them?

Our most popular, well sold LED lights (parking fixtures, LED kits, tubes and panel lights) are usually in stock in Hialeah office. We also have stock in a warehouse in Ft. Lauderdale which we can quickly bring to our main office in a day. If we don’t have the types or quantities of lights in stock we can generally have them shipped from our west coast location in 5-7 days. For large orders where pricing is critical we can order via cargo container which can take 4-6 weeks. This would be for non-rush orders, with significant size orders. Rest assured, we strive to deliver with the fastest method possible whilst keeping our cost down so our customer benefit.

What is the process to order when the lights are not in stock?

When ordering either custom orders or lamps which need to be assembled we require a 50% deposit. Specialty LED lights, normally lights which we don’t stock, have to be paid for 100% upfront prior to the order being placed. For any large or custom orders we provide an approximate delivery time frame, this could range from 5 days to 6 weeks. We are always available to keep customers updated with information on shipments as we receive the information.

What is the warranty for your LED lights?

We offer a Five (5)Year Limited Warranty on most of products. Some of our LED parking fixtures come standard with a 7 year warranty. We have one of the strongest warranties in the market which is a “bumper-to-bumper” coverage. Smaller wattage LED bulbs come with shorter warranty periods, usually 3 years. The warranty is dependent on the number of hours our factory provides which we back up. Don’t get fooled when retail stores promote their LEDs for 10 years–but the fine print explains only if they operate for 3-4 hours per day. For all our larger wattage lights we use the highest grade components in today’s LED market so it is rare for one of our LED lamps to have a problem. Mean Well drivers are our defacto standard which is one of the reasons our customers prefer our LED over less expensive lights which might use inferior power transformers/drivers.

What is the quality of the LED lights?

We worked hard to identify and build close relationships with the top LED manufacturers in the world so we could support our customers in the US with high quality LED lights. Almost every single LED we offer is UL or ETL certified. Even some of the top, well recognized American lighting companies use the same factories since they want our same quality. The difference is pricing, Brite LED spends minimal monies for marketing, we prefer word of mouth and testimonials from our customers to help us to continue growing. Less expensive, non-UL LED lights are all over, but you do get what you pay for which is why we won’t buy inferior products to sell our LED based on cost. We couldn’t possibly grow as quickly as we have without delivering and backing up our LED lights with the best products and at the lowest cost in today’s competitive market.

Why can't I buy direct to save money?

The LED lighting market is exploding with lower cost and many type of traditional gas lights starting to be phased out. With so many companies online promoting LEDs it’s difficult to know what will actually arrive at your doorstep. Most people prefer to see the quality of their commercial LEDs since they are making an investment of several thousand (or more) dollars. The cost to have to replace a defective LED light, especially if it was installed using a bucket truck removes all the profit on the project. Working with Brite LED direct you are kept up to date with accurate delivery information if your order is not in stock. Freight / shipping cost can remove any savings you think you might be to make, especially if try to order from Asia. Unfortunately, freight companies play games, change their pricing and/or terms, or they can misrepresent the delivery date (pushing it back) especially if you don’t work with a regular freight forwarder/ shipper on a weekly basis.
Why chance buying something when we can offer local service, samples to loan to your customers, the lowest cost in Miami and a warranty which is backed up when many online companies don’t…or can’t if they go out of business.
